Be aware that you do not need Low-E Windows unless sun is actually shining on your windows during the spring, summer, and/or fall. 

You actually want sunshine in your home during the winter to help with heating bills. 

Your windows might be shaded by trees, awnings, solar screens, a porch, a large overhang, or other means. Consult someone besides a window salesperson before buying low-e windows.
