In the first four months of existence, thanks to the hard work of founder Randall Wade and the widespread acceptance of the people of Tarrant County, attendance at the lunches quadrupled. From a beginning of 20 people in attendance at the first luncheon to 79 people attending the fourth one, many Cowtown residents and their friends have enjoyed healthy, delicious vegan fare with the Cowtown Vegetarian Lunch Bunch! |
