Tofu Sandwiches with Baked Tofu

Recipe
1. Baked tofu makes an excellent sandwich with condiments.

2. Grill thinly-sliced onions and bell pepper with canola or olive oil in skillet. Add any additional spices you enjoy like oregano or basil. When onions and bell-pepper are ready, add slices of baked tofu to warm and coat with spices. Enjoy a hot sandwich.

3. Thinly-sliced, baked tofu makes great fajitas when grilled with onions, peppers, fajita seasoning, and optional mushrooms. You can buy fajita seasoning at most stores, then add salsa and avocado to your tortilla wrap.

4. Coat tofu with dry barbecue sauce before baking. Use hot or cold.

5. Sauté baked tofu with peanut sauce or commercial Hoisin sauce.
